I asked Cheo's wife for permission to interview Cheo for one minute after he sang a slamming 2 hour
plus set of many of his classic tunes.
His wife granted me permission. The question and response was in Spanish. I asked him: "Háblame sobre el
concepto bohemio de bailar, cantar, tomar y vivir por los demás,
por los que no están, y por los muertos, y el valor que tiene hoy".
