24th New York Salsa Festival at Madison Square Garden on September 11, 1999

At the press confrence Elvis Crespo said he was honored to have been invited to the 24th New York Salsa Festival even though he sings Merengue. He was asked about the excellent reception his music has been getting in Mexico. He responded by saying that Mexico has a very demanding audience with respect to music and that he was proud that of the approval that he was getting.
