Albert Torres is a worldwide promoter of Latin music and dance and the creator of the
West Coast Salsa Congress.
He is often the sponsor or M.C. of many of the best
"Congreso" style dance events around the globe. He is the main Salsa Promoter
in the Los Angeles Area where he has promoted weekly and special events in clubs including the
Boat House,
Mayan Club, and the
Sportsman Lodge
Albert is of Puerto Rican decent and is currently live in Los Angeles, California USA.
